HOW YOU'RE TREATED HERE
You cannot underpay people, overwork them, ignore their lives, and then expect them to walk into a stranger's home and treat it with care. It has never worked that way and it never will. So I built Hope around the women who do the work. Here is what that means on a normal Tuesday.
The family knows your name.
Before we knock, the client gets a text with your photo and your name. You are not an anonymous pair of hands in someone's kitchen. You are the reason they stay with us.
No one gets scolded for a mistake.
We're all human. When accidents happen you tell us, we tell the client before we leave, and we make it right. You will never be punished here for telling the truth.
Over half the team has been here more than two years.
In this industry that number says everything. People do not stay where they are not valued.
Some of the homes you clean, nobody is paying for.
A portion of our profits funds The Hope Cleaning program, free cleanings for families nominated by their own community. You will be in those houses too.
THE HONEST PART
This is physical work. Hustle and muscle, every day. You are on your feet, moving between homes across Fairhope, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Loxley, Robertsdale and Foley, and most days you work in a team of two. We clean with eco-friendly products, so you go home without a chemical smell on you, but the pace is real and the standard is high. If you want a desk, this is not it.
